    I have nothing against them myself! It's just I liked some of the other ingredients in that pack. They had 3 varieties from Rude Health in Waitrose when I was there, one was this, the other was organic. i can't remember what the third one was. It is twice the price for half the amount you got of Waitrose own brand but absolutely delicious. And I do add lots of other fruit, mostly blueberries this week, or banana, and hopefully strawberries once the English ones are in season.

    I keep reading that yoghurt on meusli is much better for you than milk and cereal but we'll see! I've gone all week without snacking so far, but i guess it'll be several more weeks of this before I actually see any results.

    I'm currently on Kellogg's Special K Citrus Mini Breaks for breakfast - little wheat squares with a lemony flavour... surprisingly quite nice and addictive! I get into work before the milk is delivered so can't really do cereal unfortunately :o(

    May give it a go this week though and bring my own milk!
